Working during lockdown

It’s a crazy time at the moment all around the world and everybody is having to adapt differently to many aspects of life all at the same time. Here at Concert we are no different and we have all been home working since the week before lockdown.

The good news is that we are here for all our clients as usual and are operating fully thanks to our business continuity plan that we have in place and regularly test. So, it’s really business as usual for us with the exception of everything being done over the phone or by video conference. We are helping our clients get through this challenging time by keeping their members updated on service levels as well as providing help and reassurance to members who are more vulnerable, with information and advice on who to contact and where to find information should they need it. We are also making sure that any regular scheme communications are still going out to members as and when they should.
